Gombe NSCDC condoles Immigration Service over Oyigwu
Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Gombe State commandant Waziri Baba Goni State on Monday, condoled with the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Gombe State Command over the demise of its Controller Habu Sule Oyigwu.
Oyigwu passed on the 11th March 2022 after a brief illness. The late NIS boss would be remembered for his efforts geared towards strengthening the Gombe office and improving service.
Waziri was represented by Deputy Commandant Of Corps DCC Ibrahim Meswork (2ic of the Command), who extolled the virtues of the deceased whom died on active service, stressing that the late Oyigwu would be missed by the corps, service and residents of the state.
The NSCDC delegation was received by Deputy Controller Of Immigration DCI Muazu Shuibu (2ic of the Command) and State Passport Officer,Shuaibu thanked the NSCDC delegation for the condolence visit.
Highlight of the visit was prayers offered for the repose of the soul of the deceased.
