NYSC Gombe Coordinator hosts maiden steering committee
The State Coordinator NYSC Gombe, Mrs Ada Imoni on Wednesday met Heads of Committees, Collaborating Agencies and hostel Governors to review activities of week one and proffer solutions to challenges encountered.
Imoni, while delivering her welcome remarks , called on Hostel Governors to speak out concerning their challenges to enable management attend to their needs.
She emphasised that discipline, synergy and respect for one another should not be taken lightly.
The State Coordinator called on Heads of assignments to work harmoniously by remembering their mandate; grooming Nigeria youths for national unity and integration and nation building, among other things.
She maintained that all hands must be on deck to ensure the success of the week two, adding that touring officers and dignitaries especially from NYSC Directorate Headquarters would be visiting to monitor policy implementation.
The Camp Director, Mrs Beulah Stellah Gokum, Camp Commandant Captain J Hamza and the Resident Officer one Hajiya Hassanna Magaji in their various remarks called for continuous cooperation, respect for one another and leadership by example.
