Sarkin Shanu Foundation Donates Stationeries to Schools in Yamaltu Emirate
The Sarkin Shanu Foundation for Youth and Community Development on Thursday donated more than 5000 copies of books to Primary and Basic Secondary Schools in Yamaltu District of Yamaltu/Deba Local Government.

Periscope Nigeria reports that the foundation is fully funded by its Executive Director & Founder, Alh. Abubakar Muhammad Bello.
The organisation has done many humanitarian works, especially in the areas of health, youth and women empowerment, agriculture and education.

Speaking, Dadinkowa Office Programme Manager, Aminu Garba who led the foundation team to all the schools in the Yamaltu District for the distribution of the free stationeries.

Garba reassured the commitment of the foundation to do more for the less privileged towards ensuring there is equal access to education at basic schools.
He said, “The Executive Director of the foundation Alh. Abubakar Muhammad Bello MNATE has approved the distribution of 5,000 copies of exercise books and educational stationeries that include chalk, maker, whiteboard, register, etc to all primary and secondary schools in Dadinkowa.
“You may wish to be informed that priority of the Executive Director is education because he believes that the exposure of children to quality and accessible education they will have an opportunity to compete with all.”
In his response, the headmaster of Central Primary School Dadinkowa commended the foundation and extended his appreciation to the Executive Director for identifying with students and schools at this trying time.
It could be recalled that, Alh. Abubakar Muhammad Bello has established well-equipped and functional schools at Kumo and Dadinkowa that are currently admitting students to Nursery, Primary and Basic Secondary sections.
