Gombe House of Assembly Commission visits Njodi, lauds Gov Yahaya
The Chairman of the Gombe State House of Assembly Service Commission Suleiman Abubakar, on Friday led members of the commission on a congratulatory visit to the Secretary to the State Government Professor Ibrahim Abubakar, over his reappointment and subsequent swearing-in by Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya.

Conveying the Commission’s felicitation the Chairman, Abubakar said the SSG reappointment didn’t not come to them as a surprise considering his wealth of experience, hard work and the services so far rendered in the first term and pledged their continued support to the administration of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya and wished the SSG well in his assignment.

Abubakar said as a Commission they would continue to discharge their responsibilities with all sense of commitments.
Responding, the SSG, Njodi thanked the Chairman and members of the Commission for the visit ascribing his successes and that of the Governor to the collective contribution of all and tasked them to continue with the good work of rendering service to the legislative arm of government, adding that diligence, hard work and accountability remains the cardinal principles of the present administration.
“As Commission members, i advice you to continue rendering the best service to humanity, work to leave a good legacy while you serve, remembering that we will all be accountable before our creator,” Njodi said.
Speaking further, the SSG promised that his doors will always be open for interaction with the commission on official matters, assuring them of his support at all times.
