The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has accused Hadi Sirika, immediate past Minister of Aviation, and his brother of being involved in the alleged N19.4 billion fraud in the ministry.
Sirika was Buhari’s minister who floated the Nigeria air alleged fiasco.
PERISCOPE NIGERIA reports that Sirika, alongside his daughter and one other were granted N100million each over an alleged diversion.
The Sirika brothers and the accused company are set to face eight charges and will appear in court on Tuesday at the FCT High Court in Garki, Abuja.
Besides being the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, Ahmad is also the only person authorised to sign for the company’s two accounts, which are held in Zenith and Union banks.
