Residents of Calabar on Saturday, released patients undergoing treatment at a popular psychiatry hospital in the state.
According to a video shot by a citizen journalist, which was obtained by Periscope Nigeria, people were seen escaping from the undisclosed hospital.
The source stated that angry mob, approached the hospital in the early hours of the day.
You will recall that earlier, youths were seen looting the property of former Senator Victor Egba, a reputable politician and respected legal luminary before setting it ablaze.
