Gombe State APC to inaugurate reconciliation committee on Wednesday
The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gombe State, Nitte Amangal, has announced the inauguration of a reconciliation committee on Wednesday.
According to a Press statement made available to Periscope Nigeria on Monday, the reconciliation is based on the spirit of inclusiveness and democratic best practices.
Amangal revealed that it sequel to consultation with the party leader in the state, “His Excellency, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya Governor of Gombe State, has constituted a 21-man reconciliation committee to settle all the grievances that arose from the just concluded congresses and primaries,” Amangal said.
He added, “This is with a view to harmonise and unite members of our great party as well as resolve all seeming differences ahead of the 2023 general elections.”
According to him, The Committee has the Deputy Governor, Dr. Manassah Daniel Jatau as Chairman with Special Adviser ( Political), Hon. Mohammed A. Bello as Secretary.
