Last batch of 2022 Gombe Muslim Pilgrims arrive Mecca
The second flight of Gombe state contingent of this year’s Hajj landed safely at King Abdulazeez International Airport Jiddah for Mecca.
According to a statement made available to Periscope Nigeria on Thursday by Public Relations Officer, Gombe State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Hauwa Muhammad, the Secretary of the Board Alhaji Sa’adu Hassan welcomed the pilgrims immediately after their arrival.

Periscope Nigeria reports that the pilgrims were transported to Mecca upon arrival for circumambulation (Tawaf) and a lesser Hajj.
Recall that for the first batch about 547 pilgrims were airlifted for the exercise.
Meanwhile, the passengers of the second flight are on their way to Mecca to join their counterparts after successful completion of visitations to sacred places like Masjidul Quba, Mosque of Prophet Muhammad, Baqiyya cemetery and the tomb of the Holy Prophet where they supplicate and paid tribute to him as enshrined in the Holy Qur’an and the Hadith.
Muhammad who is with the state first flight of the state contingent said all the Pilgrims for both the two flights are in good health condition
