Birthday celebration of the Primate of All Nigeria low-key, caused by ugly events in the country

Today being 18th July, 2022, the Archbishop, Metropolitan and Primate of Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, His Grace, Most Rev. Henry Ndukuba is 61 years.
The birthday celebration is devoid of funfair at Cathedral Church of Advent, Abuja, Periscope Nigeria gathered.
His Grace Ndukuba, has been aptly described by eminent Nigerians as “a man after God’s heart”, because of his absolute devotion to Almighty God, the creator and maker of all things seen and unseen.

The leaders of the Church who spoke to Periscope Nigeria, in Gombe said that his high level of perseverance is unparalleled, his love of Christ in him that has no boundary is exceptional and he is a true leader and shepherd of Almighty God.
The characteristics of the Primate as leader filed with gentleness, humility, understanding and wisdom speaks volumes that the physical achievements in the Anglican Communion nationwide is as a result of his antecedent as the spiritual leader of one of the most populous churches that is astronomically growing with speedy and his leadership qualities.
Today, the Almighty God with his Abundance Grace, Compassionate Will and love shown the people by adding another year to the life of his shepherd, His Grace, Most Rev. Henry C. Ndukuba whose leadership qualities, versatility to the things of God, his mentorship, the growth of church planting and the spreading of Good news to all parts of the globe is an attestation that his Primacy is a blessing to Christianity particularly to faithful Anglican Communion and humanity.
Today, we are celebrating a true man of God filled with prayers, a teacher of sound doctrine, a bold preacher of the word of God, liturgist, a scholar, a mentor of his generation who declined the funfair at his birthday because of some of the ugly events in his country.
No doubt, he unequivocally made it clear that the year birthday celebration should be low-key and also devoid of any funfair as he pleaded that he would like to celebrate it quietly with his immediate family; wife, children and grandchildren as the situation now where pastors are kidnapped and killed, insecurity everywhere to the level that common man cannot sleep with two eyes closed in the nights, banditry, armed robbery, and all sorts of criminal activities in high proposition in the country does not call for funfair but prayers to God to intervene in the lives of secular leaders and Nigerians at these trying times rather than funfair for his birthday.
Some of the Archbishops, bishops, clergy men and laity as well as the parishioners who spoke to Periscope Nigeria, all congratulated the Primate and wished him sound health, wisdom and understanding and longer life for him and his family.
According to them, “The man with a divine mandate, you are a very special gift from God to the world, as you celebrate your birthday, it is my prayer that God continually uplift you and cause your oil to keep overflowing.”
Another said, “happy birthday, Your Grace the Most Revd. Henry C. Ndukuba, Archbishop, Metropolitan and Primate of All Nigeria, every blessing”, and “daddy May the Lord keep and uphold you to the end in Jesus name, amen”, were some of the messages from Nigerians.
