The Headquarters, 6 Brigade, Nigerian Army, on Tuesday announced that it will conduct the second Bi-Annual Combined Route March on Friday, 29th August 2025, in Jalingo.

Lt. Umar Muhammad, the Acting Assistant Director of Army Public Relations, disclosed this in a press statement, noting that the exercise is in line with the Nigerian Army’s Forecast of Events and Training Directive for the year, in collaboration with other security agencies.
According to the statement, the 15-kilometre route march is a routine military activity designed to enhance operational readiness, physical fitness, resilience, morale, and the overall preparedness of troops for assigned operational tasks.
The Army urged residents to remain calm and go about their normal activities, assuring that the exercise is a standard training routine.
