The Federal High Court sitting in Jalingo, on Wednesday reserved judgement in two separate matters challenging the conduct of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary elections for Jalingo/Yorro/Zing, and that of the Ardo-Kola/Lau/Karim-Lamido federal constituency in Taraba State.
When the case came up for hearing, counsel for the plaintiffs, Barr. P.D Pius, of P.D Pius and Associates presented video evidence to defend his client’s claims.

However, the defendants insisted that primaries were legally conducted in the aforementioned constituencies
Meanwhile, the presiding judge, Justice Mashkur Salisu, reserved judgement in the matters, noting that a date for judgement will be communicated to the parties.
