The Deputy Governor’s condolence message was delivered by a delegation led by his Special Assistant, Mr. Victor Kulani, who witnessed both the funeral service and the burial.

According to a press statement which was made available to our correspondent on Monday

by the chief press secretary to the deputy governor Yakubu Wilson, the Deputy Governor enjoined Joshua Danmalam and the family to consider the death of Mama as the perfect plan of God for her and the family, especially that Gods decision on matters affecting life and death is not reversible.

He said, the family should rather appreciate God that Mama lived a fulfilled life by raising responsible children, leaving behind lasting legacies and dying at a ripe old age after exhausting the number of years allocated to her by the Almighty.

The Deputy Governor, prayed God to grant the deceased eternal rest, and the family the fortitude to bear the loss.

Late Mama Milka Danmallam died at the age of 81. She is survived by 14 children, and 45 grand children.
