Members of the management team of Ekiti United football club have congratulated the club secretary, Ayodeji Olowolafe on his birthday.
The management team headed by the honourable commissioner for Youth and Sport Development, Pastor Mike Awopetu at the weekend joined the birthday boy at the CAC, Oke Isegun English Assembly in Ikere.
The permanent secretary of the ministry , Barrister Ayodeji Ajiboye, special assistant to the governor on sport, Hon.Kola Owoseni ,former SSA to the governor, Otunba Dolamu Adeniyi as well as all the Ekiti United and Ekiti Queens management team and coaches were not left out of the celebration which had begun some days earlier.
Other sports stakeholders including the management of Olukismet fc, Phoenix Asc, Ekiti State sports council, family a d friends were not left out of the birthday celebration which was held in grand style.
The pastor in charge of the church , Pastor Olutayo Babatola described the celebrant as a worthy ambassador of Jesus Christ who loved his family and fellow christians.
Each member of the Ekiti United management team made personal donations to the church on behalf of the team as a mark of love for the secretary.
The thanksgiving service was followed by refreshments at the residence of the secretary who was a year older on September 22.
Part of the activities to mark the birthday was a novelty match at Ikere.
