The State Coordinator NYSC Gombe, Mrs Ada Imoni, has set the tone for the 2021 Batch A Stream II Orientation Course by imploring camp Officials to be disciplined and lead by example.

She made the disclosure on Monday, during the general meeting of camp officials held at NYSC Temporary Orientation Camp Amada, Gombe State.
Imoni said “As camp Officials, it is pertinent to exhibit a high level of discipline on camp and strive to work harmoniously to ensure the success of the orientation exercise.
“Misunderstanding, over socialisation , extortion of Corps members and disunity could be tagged as indiscipline. Let us shun any vice the could drag the good name of the scheme in the mud.”
The coordinator revealed that strategies have been mapped out for screening and Rapid Diagnostic Testing of all camp participants and hitch free registration.
“I call on all camp participants to avail themselves for Covid-19 test and adhere strictly to the protocols laid down,” Imoni added.

While addressing issues relating to Security, Mrs Imoni said the local vigilante group would liaise with other security Agencies to ensure that lives and property of camp Officials are secured, adding that security was everyone’s business and must be taken seriously.
In their separate remarks, the Camp Commandant Capt UK Eloagu, the Camp Director Mr Emmanuel Oibe and the Resident Officer one, Hajiya Hassana Magaji, appealed to the camp Officials to abide by the resolutions reached at the 2021 Batch A Stream II Pre-orientation workshop held in Abuja. They also solicited for cooperation and support from all.
