Gombe south APC: Njodi harps dialogue, says key to development

Secretary to the Gombe State Government (SSG), Prof. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, says interaction and dialogue remains key to the development and progress of any organization.
Njodi who made the assertion on Saturday, in an interactive session with all Government political appointees on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Gombe South Senatorial Zone.
He maintained that periodic interface among members especially party elites would provide room for identifying problems and profering solutions to them.
He said the meeting which has the blessings of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya is to among other things look into the persistent communal clashes bedevelling communities in Gombe South with a view to advising Government on the possible solutions.
The chief scribe to the state government also expressed worry about the widening gap between the appointees of Government, while charging the audience to find ways of bridging the gap as the Party cannot wait till electioneering period.
He further called on them to rally support for the Inuwa Yahaya led administration.
Also, Caretaker Commitee Chairman of APC, Mr. Nitte Amangal, who hails from the Gombe South commended participants for finding time to attend despite the short notice.
He applauded the convener of the interactive session, Njodi for the initiative which he described as a good omen for the unity, progress and cohesion of the party in the zone.
It could be recalled that the SSG, embarked on the consultative meeting with all the structures of APC across Gombe South Senatorial District with a view of strengthening the bond of comradeship among members especially leaders at all levels.
Meanwhile, meeting was held with ward executives, local government executives, party elders, elected party members, youth and women groups.
