Why I spared the man who wanted to harm me on stage- Odumeje

General overseer of Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention Deliverance Ministry, Prophet Chukwuemeka Odumeje, has hinted how an unidentified man attempted to harm him.

Odumeje revealed that he spared the man because he is known for peace, adding that he didn’t want to obstruct processes at the said venue.

The celebrity preacher made this disclosure on Saturday, in a telecast monitored by our correspondent.

Odumeje noted that he is medicine that can’t be harmed, describing himself as ‘abum O gwu, adiya a gwum a gwu in Igbo language.

Recall that the Onitsha based preacher had a sterling performance at Oba in Anambra State, during the burial of Obi Cubana’s mother.

He said, “I didn’t want to disgrace myself because of something bad and someone was before me dancing for the occasion he prepared.  I didn’t want to waste my time to begin to say that somebody did something to me.

“I only let the person to know by the song abum O gwu, adiya a gwum a gwu, I don’t come to an occasion for the occasion to be messed up, I come to occasion for it to go successfully, because anyone that invites me to an occasion knows the occasion must be well guarded.

“Because I’m indaboski pahose, like my father Arch. Benson Idahosa and the lion himself indaboski pahose.”

The preacher who over the years has got some challenging the authenticity of his strength, stressed that the ultimate is Christ.

“When you know the God you serve you shall do exploit and wax strong. When you don’t have Christ you will fall on the stage.

“That is why I encourage you to abide in Christ without a double mind, a long time ago alot of inconsequential entities appeared on Facebook and stood before tree and started making noise that Odumeje ayi aku  gi ogwu (we have poisoned you).
