NYSC Gombe batch B stream I holds skill acquisition exhibition

The State Coordinator NYSC Gombe, Mrs Ada Imoni has called on the 2021 Batch B Stream I Corps members to continue with the post camp training with their various Trainers , as the hands-on training given on camp was not conclusive.

Mrs Imoni, made that known at the Closing ceremony of the Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development Programme, at NYSC Temporary Orientation Camp Amada, Gombe State.

She maintained that, the National Youth Service Corps has collaborated with Access Bank to finance Corps members empowerment in a competitive program known as Accessprenuer-The NYSC Edition.
According to her, winners would receive package of business mentoring and funding. She also encouraged Corps members to continue with the Post camp training in order to be masters of their chosen skills.

There was competition in 7 Skills Acquisition sub-set classes; Barbing, Beads making and wire works, Environmental, fashion design, shoe making and tie and dye and make-up / gele.
