Don’t allow our culture, tradition go extinct – NYSC pleads
National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Gombe State Coordinator, Mrs Ada Imoni, has urged 2021 Batch B Stream II Corps members to see the beauty in the nation’s diversities as they celebrate the cultural carnival, adding that they should not allow for extinction.

Imoni, made this plea on Saturday, during the cultural carnival held at NYSC temporary orientation camp Amada, Gombe State, which was sponsored by Peak Milk.

She implored all not to allow their culture and traditions to go extinct, adding that they must be proud of their roots and strive to represent it whenever the need arises.
The state coordinator revealed that there is no human being without cultural trace and origin, stressing the need to identify and promote them.
According to her, “I say with pride that the legacy of our founding fathers for a United and indivisible country is paying off with the National Youth Service Corps at the forefront,despite the daunting challenges facing our dear nation.
“It behooves us therefore to ensure that we stand together as brothers and sisters to strengthen our bond.”
However, The carnival display came to a climax with various dance steps by ten platoons and camp Officials.
