Represent your families well – NYSC Gombe Coordinator
The State Coordinator NYSC Gombe Mrs Ada Imoni, on Sunday, called on the 2021 Batch B Stream II Prospective Corps members to be ambassadors of their families and Institutions of learning by fostering National Unity and integration.

Imoni, disclosed this at the briefing of the 2021 Batch B Stream II Prospective Corps members deployed to Gombe State at NYSC Temporary Orientation Camp Amada, Gombe State.
While taking Prospective Corps members through the cardinal Programmes of the Scheme; (Orientation course, Primary assignment, Community Development Service and winding up /passing out.), Mrs Imoni , said the one of the objectives of the National Youth Service Corps was fostering of national unity and integration, as such all hands must be on deck to build Nigeria by taking it to enviable heights.
On discipline and adherence to camp rules and regulations,the State Coordinator admonished them not to abuse the social media platforms by posting their grievances.
” We have channels of Communication on camp, you are advised to follow such channels where you need clarification instead of posting them on social media. On no accord should you also speak to the press on any matter relating to the NYSC Scheme, as anyone caught will be dealt with in accordance to the provisions of the NYSC Act and Bylaws,” she maintained.

On relocation, she said Corps members would be relocated on two grounds; Marital and health with evidence to buttress their claims .She appealed to them to not lie about ailments for the sake of relocation as those with serious or genuine ailments would be given relocation.
