We have problems in Nigeria- Adeboye
General Overseer Worldwide of Redeemed Christian Church of God, Enoch Adeboye, on Sunday, declared that Nigeria has myriad of problems especially as it pertains to the economy.
Adeboye made this assertion in his monthly first Sunday telecast monitored by our correspondent, which had in attendance governor of Lagos State Babajide Sanwo-olu among other worshippers.
Preaching on the topic ‘Divine Involvement’, taken from 2Chron. 20 vs 20-30, he noted that the Divine Involvement meant God having a hand in our situation.
He said God can turn a failure to an overnight success, adding that when God is involved he would send the much needed help, lamenting the borrowings done by the current administration.
The preacher who segmented his message into parts namely; the involvement of God in the affairs of man and a Nation.
According to him, We should pray to God to bear the burden of our rulers. Terrorism would be put to an an end as well as the economic challenges the country is involved in.
He said, “Terrorism will be put to an end. God can turn the tide economically 2kings 7vs 1-20. He (God) can solve national crisis overnight. We have problems, you have to be blind or deaf not to notice the problems Exodus 14vs 1-31.”
He assured that the problems the country is currently enmeshed in could be surmounted, “If you worship me (God), don’t panic. He will proof himself. When God speaks, it is always settled for his own people,” he added.
While commenting on Coronavirus pandemic, Adeboye revealed that snakebite induced deaths have doubled the number of casualties caused by Covid-19.
He said death would only occur to those whose time it is to die, stressing that in a recent statistics over 2,000 persons died as a result of snakebite.
“Divine Involvement will protect the people from pandemic Exo. 12 vs 1-36, Coronavirus is a noisome pestilence,” he added.
