Mol-Molle Women Association lauds Gov Yahaya’s initiatives
The Secretary to the Gombe State Government (SSG), Prof. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi has assured Mol- Molle Women Association in Kaltungo Chiefdom of Government support to their noble course of reaching out to the needy in Society.
Njodi who was visibly elated with the reeled out activities of the Women group whose membership are mostly retirees also appreciated them for identifying with the Developmental efforts of the Inuwa Yahaya led administration in the State.
The SSG praised the Mol-Molle Women Association whose membership cut across women of both Kaltungo and Shongom Local Governments for their desire to give back to society even in their retirement.

While assuring his personal commitment and the achievement of the lofty ideals of the group, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi directed the Commissioner for Women Affairs,Mrs Naomi J.J. Awak, Director General Protocol and Facility Management Hajiya Sa’adatu Sa’ad, SSA on Woman Mobilization Finney David and the Special Assistant to the first Lady to liaise with the group to identify areas of collaboration and Support.
Njodi further assured the Mol- Molle Women Association of linking them up with Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya in furtherance of Government support to revitalization of the special School, Orchard and Woodlots for the benefit of the people.
The president of the Mol Molle Women Association Mrs Asabe Chechera had earlier told the SSG that their visit was to register their support to the Developmental initiatives of the state Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya.
Mrs Chechera also said the visit is to accord them the opportunity to share their objectives and challenges as well as commend the Governor for considering Njodi their son for appointment as Secretary to the State Government.
She intimated the SSG that the Association’s major projects include, purchase of Anti-Snake Venom, and other necessities to hospitals, operation of Special Education School in Pokwangli, Orchard in Lakweme and Woodlots in Shongom have all been grounded due to lack of funds and appealed to the State Government for support.
Highlight of the visit was the presentation of Letter of Appointment to the SSG as Board Member of the Mol Molle Women Association.
