Wurkun Traditional Council Confers Tafarkin Kasar Title on Gombe House of Assembly Deputy Minority Whip
The member representing Pero-Chonge constituency in the Gombe State House of Assembly, Bldr. Samuel Markus Wina, has been conferred with the title of Tafarkin Kasar Wurkun by the Wurkun Traditional Council.
Delivering the title to him, the Galadiman Wurkun who represented Alh. Abubakar Kirim the Emir of Wurkun commended the Honourable Member for his random acts of kindness towards all and sundry, and being instrumental to the development of his people.
Periscope Nigeria reports that the Deputy Minority Whip, has championed certain development projects in Wurkun, which has stood his philanthropy and politics out.
In his response, Wina thanked the Wurkun Traditional Council for the honour, stating that this recognition would boost further his zeal to do more.
“More work to be done,” Wina added.
