TSO on Sunday its three-page communique read by Adamawa State coordinator, Lawan Sadiq also alleged plans by some undisclosed people to hijack the platform for selfish and undue reasons.
The communique partly read, “because Tinubu is detribalise and has no religious bias.
“He is one of the major architects of the call for equity, fairness and the return of democracy in Nigeria through the struggle of NADECO.
“He performed beautifully well as the governor of Lagos State as well as a senator.”
Lauding the leadership acumen of the APC presidential candidate the group recalled his sterling performance in stabilising the economy of Lagos.
“Asiwaju was able to create a sea in the desert where he increased the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) of Lagos State by about 600 per cent.
“He is the greatest living Nigerian who has empowered so many, politically and financially from the national to grassroots levels.
“He is one of the major politicians that sponsors and encourages peaceful coexistence in the country among many other qualities,” TSO said.
The group however commended its Director General, Aminu Suleiman, adding that he had shown foresight by creating TSO three years ago to promote Tinubu’s activities, “at national, State, local government, ward and unit levels’ mobilisation with 25 national executives, 729 State executives, 15, 480 local government executives and over 24million members nationwide and in the Diaspora,” the group added.
