NYSC expects 1040 PCMs for batch C stream II in Gombe
No fewer than 1040 batch C stream II Prospective Corps Members are expected to participate in the three-week mandatory orientation course in Gombe State.
According to a statement issued by Head Press and Public Relations Dakama Margaret Iliya, on behalf of the State Coordinator Ada Imoni, the PCMs are expected to arrive from 30th Wednesday November and round off on camp activities on 20th December 2022.

She disclosed that the orientation course would be held at NYSC temporary orientation camp Amada, Akko Local Government Area of Gombe State.
While urging them to comply with relevant Covid-19 protocols, she advised the PCMs to board vehicles at authorised motor parks for safety.
“NYSC Management has approved the conduct of the 2022 Batch C Stream II Orientation Course to hold from Wednesday 30th November through Tuesday 20th December ,2022 in the thirty six States and FCT,” Imoni said.

2022 BATCH ‘C’ STREAM II ORIENTATION COURSE
As part of effort to continue grooming eligible Nigerian graduates for national unity and integration, NYSC Management has approved the conduct of the 2022 Batch C Stream II Orientation Course to hold from Wednesday 30th November through Tuesday 20th December ,2022 in the thirty six States and FCT.
2. About one thousand and forty (1040) prospective Corps members are expected to be encamped at NYSC Temporary Orientation Camp Amada, for the three week exercise.
The timetable for major activities is as follows:
Commencement- Wednesday 30th November 2022
Registration- Wednesday 30th November through Friday 2nd December ,2022
Cut of date for registration- Midnight of Friday 2nd December 2022
Swearing-in Ceremony: Tuesday 6th December, 2022
Closing Ceremony: Tuesday 20th December ,2022
Prospective Corps members are advised to board vehicles at designated Motor parks and as a matter of seriousness, avoid boarding road side vehicles also known as lift. It is also important to avoid night journeys by breaking the journey once it is 6pm. We have liaised with the Nigeria Union of Road Transport Workers at Bauchi Park and Gombe line to direct Prospective Corps members to the venue of the Orientation Course. In the same vein, NYSC Staff have also been assigned to designated Motor parks to accord them a warm reception on arrival.
It is imperative you know that, all extant guidelines for Covid-19 shall be adhered to from the Camp gate and throughout the duration of the exercise. Be ready to adhere to it’s safety protocols .
