Gov Inuwa Yahaya condoles with Kere, Sarma families over the death of loved ones
Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, on Monday visited the family compound of Kilyobas Kere in Kaltungo LGA to sympathise with him over the death of his younger brother Barrister Jackson Audu Kere.

Represented by the Secretary to the Gombe State Government Prof. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, the Gombe State Governor expressed shock over the demise of Kere, a man he described as peace loving and “an epitome of the legal profession and philanthropist”.
He died at the age of 57 after a protracted illness.

Yahaya, enjoined the family of the deceased as well his elder brother Kilyobas Kere, who is his long time political ally to take solace in the fact that, the late legal practitioner lived a life worthy of emulation.
Responding, the elder brother to the deceased Kilyobas Kere, thanked Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya for sending a high-powered delegation to sympathise with them.
He described the condolence visit as a soothing relief not only to the immediate family of the deceased but the entire family and friends of the late football legend.

At the Tunfure residence of Yakubu Sarma, who lost his mother, the Governor explained that the demise of a mother is one unpleasant experience deserving of the sympathy and empathy of all men and women of goodwill.

The Governor admonished the family to take solace in the fact that death is inevitable and a necessary end for all mortals.
Responding, Yakubu Sarma, thanked Yahaya for identifying with his family in the moment of grief, saying he was not surprise giving the Governor’s track record of leadership at heart.
“When my mother died the Governor personally call me to sympathise with me and as if that was not enough he still deemed it necessary to send a delegation to condole with me, so i really cannot thank Governor Inuwa Yahaya enough,” he said.
The delegation include; Commissioners, Special Advisers, Directors General, Permanent Secretaries and Special Assistants to the Governor.
