A yet to be identified boy, has been electrocuted by a high tension wire in Yalenguruza area of Gombe State.

Our Correspondent reports that the boy happily climbed a water tank servicing the area to have glimpse of the commissioning of Malam Goni Mega Tsangaya school by Governor Muhammadu Yahaya, and the Sultan of Sokoto Sa’ad Abubakar.
Speaking at the venue of the inauguration on Friday, Yahaya explained that his administration is passionate about alleviating the sufferings of young people through requisite learning.
According to him, the school would expose beneficiaries to numeracy and skills thereby achieving formal learning and entrepreneurship.

He said, “Gombe State Government under my leadership aligned with the Federal Ministry of Education through the Universal Basic Education with the support of the World Bank Better Education Delivery for All (BESDA). BESDA will be incomplete until we lift out of school children that have no means to go to school.”
“We found out that such people are in our Tsangaya school in abundance to make sure we get to them is a concerted effort,” Yahaya added.
On his part, Sultan of Sokoto, Abubakar commended the collaborations between the various agencies of government, stressing that it would bear the needed fruit.
