Popular Igbo businessman Chimack, marks 66th birthday in grand style
The Special Adviser to Gombe State Governor on Inter-Community Relations, Hon.Prince Chidebelu Cornelius Ewuzie, on Wednesday celebrated his 66th Birthday in his multi-million naira Mac -cornel Resort at Yelenguruza, Gombe.
Ewuzie is the MD/CEO of Chimack Interbiz Nigeria Limited, Gombe.He is a politician and a successful Business mogul and a philanthropist popularly known as Chimack Interbiz Nigeria Limited aka”Samu Gida Na Kan ka”at which under the purview of his Company some Civil servants,Businessmen, and indigenes had built and owned their own houses.
Sharing his thoughts and feelings with our Correspondent on this special occasion of his Birthday.
He said the Birthday was organised by his friends who took him by surprise to prepare this Birthday Banquate party on his behalf which he had earlier on declined but later on accepted their offer as some group of young men were already blowing their trumpets and flutes singing the beautiful birthday songs.
The Birthday attracted captains of Industries, Businessmen, Politicians,Security Agents and some government officials who came to grace the occasion.
Ewuzie stated that the Birthday was an impactful one, he therefore used the occasion to express his gratitude to God for his faithfulness and innumerable blessings.He disclosed that he started his educational career late,after he lost his beloved mother at his teenage age.
In spite of life struggles,he still imbibed hard work, humility towards his love to furthering his education and his business at which made he made it to the University and obtained a Bsc in Marketing from the University of Maiduguri and presently an undergraduate Law student with the Pen Resource University, Gombe.
He explained further,”I have nothing to regret because I am blessed with three Medical Doctors, some had their first degrees, masters and doctorate”
He however, lamented over how he had a fatal accident last year April, 2022 in the Eastern part of the country and how God spared his life but unfortunately two people broke their legs and one died instantly. May his soul rest in peace Amen.
Prince Ewuzie stated that he is celebrating life and also a successful APC political campaign rally where he belonged with the wonderful structures and road networks and edifice provided by the present administration of APC Government under His Excellency Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya.
According to him, the achievement recorded by the State Government did not come just on a platter of gold but through the hard work of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya.He added that he is celebrating the peaceful atmosphere and protection of lives and properties of the good people of Gombe where indigenes and non indigenes can now sleep with their eyes closed because of the adequate security provided by the government.
Ewuzie who has lived in Gombe for decades has contributed immensely to the growth and economic development of Gombe State. He is a principled gentleman and a freedom fighter.He is a kind of a man who strongly believes on realities not on assumptions.
Speaking on politics in his capacity as the Special Adviser to the Governor on Inter-Community Relations, he stated without mincing words that he is optimistic, APC being the ruling government are going for the second term come this election in 2023.
According to him, the political waves and in Gombe State is an indication that APC is going for the second term, adding that no shaking.
He added, “Gombe is the most peaceful State and low in crime wave compared to other States in the whole of North Eastern States of the Country in terms of maintenance of peace, law and order. “He was confident that the State Governor is coming back because of the laudable achievements recorded and felt by the electorates such as:Constructed beautiful road net work systems, renovated Gombe Specialist Hospital, renovated Schools, Gombe Go-Health Intervention programme, construction of ongoing car parks and the gigantic new Industrial Park located along Dadin Kowa in Yamaltu Deba Local Government Area,to mention but a few, all these has convinced the good people of Gombe that the Governor is first among his equals. He is unbeatable and he is working assiduously to retain his Executive seat.Ewuzie said.
He described the Governor as a detribalised leader irrespective of your ethnic and religious affiliations. He added, he is a leader per excellence.He also applauded him for the peaceful coexistence among all the tribes in Gombe State.
While speaking on the state of security towards the forthcoming election,the Special Adviser assured the citizens of the Government readiness to provide adequate security to ensure that the election will be free, fair and credible without any chaos or rancor.
He further disclosed that the Government has indicated interest and proposed the construction of 5000 to 10000 Units of Housing for low income earners. He noted that the influx of people defecting from their political parties to embrace APC is an indication that APC can not be dethroned by the opposition party and that APC has come to stay.
