NYSC Gombe Coordinator commends exhibition of products
….charges Corps members on Post-Camp training
The State Coordinator NYSC Gombe, Mrs Ada Imoni, has commended the exhibition of Products by the 2023 Batch ‘A’ Stream II Corps members.
Imoni, while declaring close the hands-on training at the closing ceremony and exhibition at NYSC Temporary Orientation Camp Amada.
She charged them to continue with the Post-Camp training with their trainers.
“The ten-day hands-on training was to arouse your interest and expose you to your chosen Skills. I implore you to continue with the Post-Camp training in order to be masters of your chosen Skills,” she said.
Imoni, encouraged them to take advantage of financial institutions like the Bank of Industry,Access Bank among others to access loans to start up their businesses.
In her welcome remarks, the Assistant Director Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development Programme, Mrs Beulah Stella Gokum, appreciated Corps members and camp officials who despite the tight schedule on Camp participated in the exercise.
She maintained that NYSC Management is passionate about the programme and would do its best to equip Corps members with the necessary skills for self-reliance.
