CP Gumel lauds Kano tricycle operator for returning N330,000
…hands over found money to owner
Following a public announcement by the Kano State Police Command on an unclaimed money found and delivered to the Police in Fagge Division Kano, a claimer has unveiled himself as the rightful owner.
However, after a thorough investigation and having satisfied with his proof of ownership, the money, the sum of N330,000:00 was handed over to him.
Commending the operator at his office in the state secretariat Commissioner of Police Mohammed Gumel, lauded the driver’s honesty despite the economic situation, adding that it was exemplary.
In a photo news sighted on the verified twitter handle of the command the Gumel was seen presenting plaque as mark of honour on the tricycle operator.
