Gov Yahaya consoles Deputy Gov over demise of Reverend Danzaria Darigam
Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has expressed sadness over the passing away of late Reverend Danzaria Darigam, a cousin to his Deputy, Manassah Daniel Jatau, who died recently after a brief illness at the age of 75.
Governor Yahaya’s grief was conveyed to the grieving family by the Secretary to the State Government Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, who led a high-powered Government delegation to Gurma town of Balanga Local Government Area of Gombe State.

In a message, the Governor described the death of the clergy gentle man as devastating, noting that his death has created a wide vacuum which can never be filled urging members of the immediate family, the Gurma Community and entire people of Balanga LGA to bear the irreplaceable loss with gratitude.
He added, “We all come from God and unto him we shall all return, Baba lived a fulfilled life and has gone home to rest with his marker.Consolation at a time such as this may only come from God Almighty,” praying to God to comfort the Deputy Governor and the entire family over the great loss.
Appreciating Governor Yahaya’s gesture on behalf of the family the eldest son of the deceased, Navy Captain Nehemiah Danzaria, said the family will forever remain grateful to Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, and Government of Gombe State for identifying with them at their moment of bereavement by sending such a high-powered delegation, praying God to reward and bless him and Government of Gombe State.

The delegation led by the SSG also had the Ag.Head of Civil service Ahmed Kasimu Abdullahi, State Auditor General Mohammed Buba Gombe, Permanent Secretaries and executive Secretaries among other top government functionaries.
