John Ugochukwu Uwajumogu, is from Ihitte Uboma, Imo State. He is the younger brother to the late Senator Benjamin Uwajumogu of APC, Imo North/Okigwe Senatorial zone, 2015 to 2019.

 

 

 

He was one of the recently appointed Special Advisers to the President with designation on Industry, Trade and Investment.

 

Uwajumogu a is trained Accountant. He has a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from the Fletcher School at Tuff University, USA. He is also a member of the American Institute of Chartered Public Accountants ( AICPA).

 

Before his appointment by Mr President, Ugochukwu Uwajumogu was Partner- Strategy and Transactions
EY- Parthenon, 2016 to Present (until his appointment) Nigeria.
(Energy and Infrastructure Market leader) West Africa.

Ugochukwu Uwajumogu is an expert in energy and infrastructure. He has over 20 years of Advisory experience primarily in the energy industry. Key amongst his skills cuts across Due diligence, Private Equity, Financial Analysis, Mergers, Business Valuation, Financial Modelling, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Management Consulting and Internal Audit.

He is married with Children.
