Mai Kaltungo hails Gov Yahaya over Njodi’s reappointment as Gombe SSG
The Mai Kaltungo, Engineer Sale Mohammed, has expressed profound gratitude to Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, over the reappointment of Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, as Secretary to State Government.
Receiving the SSG in his palace in what appeared to be a home-coming since his reappointment, Mohammed also commended Njodi for being a worthy ambassador of Kaltungo Chiefdom, urging him to maintain the spirit.
While reiterating the unalloyed support and loyalty of the people to the Inuwa Yahaya’s administration, the Mai used the occasion to congratulate the Governor and entire Muslim ummah in the state for a peaceful and blessed Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
The revered monarch called for intensified prayers for peace and development of the state and country.
Speaking earlier, Njodi informed the Mai that the visit to the palace was to seek for his royal blessings following his reappointment as Chief Scribe of Gombe State.
Njodi appreciated the Mai Kaltungo for his fatherly counsel and prayers which he said has continued to guide his actions.
The SSG further assured that he would continue to assiduously work for the development of the state, Kaltungo chiefdom and indeed humanity.
The home coming of Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi also afforded him the opportunity to interact with various groups including religious, political, social, cultural and development associations who trooped in their numbers to felicitate with him over his reappointment by the governor.
