Seyi, the son of President Bola Tinubu, has distinguished himself as he demonstrated a new approach as a First Son of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with continuous interaction across social strata, educational or political background.he visited many states in the country to meet various youth groups, mobilizing and canvassing heavily, giving a listening ears to aggrieved members of almost all groups and creating a balance where all members can be brought to the same table to work together for the success of the campaign, not to talk of the many gestures made to youths across the Niger, combing the creeks upto the Savanah, his mammoth solidarity march in Kano is still been talk about coupled with the I stand with Tinubu walk in Lagos, the organisation, coordination and the manner of delivery were topnotch.
The South West youth declaration at Onikan was another masterstroke during the campaign, the declaration to the aspirations of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu were soul lifting and those Program re-echo the rebirth of a much more promising Nigeria among the youths
Seyi has set a bar among all the previous first sons of the Federation and the future first son as he had exhibited selflessness by organizing his own structure in all the electioneering campaigns and putting life into other campaign structure in order to ensure success at the poll for his father, The era of politicians’ children waiting for other people to do the work for the actualisation of their fathers dream had been broken by Seyi Tinubu taking into cognisance of his engagement on all fronts. he had been a face and name that sticks after every Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu political rallies creating a role for himself in the campaign without necessary been in the campaign committee set up by the party.
His engagement during the tough campaign period has made him become immensely powerful as the new administration kick-starts and he is set to gain even more influence and relevance as the first term of his adore father keeps rolling, he hasn’t lost touch with the youthful population who are the largest demographic bloc of the country large population accounting for over 60% of the entire population.
Seyi Tinubu is not an average individual, or just a member of the first family. Series of activities he has engaged himself in as depict him to be a bridge between the powerful political class and average young Nigerians, he has become the lens and voice through which the yearnings of the Nigerian youth can be seen and heard, a role that goes beyond just been a first son we have seen many first son in the past but Seyi Tinubu is bringing humility and selflessness into the game, this made many young mind to repose a level of confidence in him to be a catalyst for the growth and development of the Nigerian youth, we have seen how his continuous engagement of various youth and student stakeholders in his active political participations is yielding the desired results with more dividends of democracy coming as the administration unfolds, Seyi Tinubu: There is no doubts about Seyi’s brilliance. Those that have interacted with
him knows that he inherited that visionary faculty that made his father stand out.
SEYI AND THE NIGERIAN YOUTH
Seyi Tinubu has now been taken as a role model to so many young people for taking young people alone and always working to ensure youth inclusion through his influence.
During the campaign period Seyi was in all the zones of the federation interacting with all community leaders worth meeting, informed and drives beneficial media narrative, unite the party’s youth wing, and nudged all to rise above pettiness and self-glorification capable of distracting from the main goal.
Mr Oluwaseyi Abiodun Tinubu, has shown a strong desire to ensure the younger generation gets a good bargain in the coming administration the results are already here, the Youth concert staged at the Velodrome in Abuja was one of a kind coupled with his philanthropic gesture to the youth, the donations of over 50 wheel chairs to physically challenged people that witness the pre Inauguration youth concert and donation of six brand new buses and multiple Android phones and other forms of empowerment in just one night was a clear indicator that the tides in the next four years will be good. Seyi is changing the narratives and ensuring young people are involved in politics, governance and administration. Nigeria is ours, Nigeria we serve.
