Feedback on Incurable Nigeria, Dissoluble Nigeria by Dr Orefo Nnamdi Onochie
These are very special times, and it is a wonder how the minds of our people work. I received an input from a highly distinguished person, regarding the 2023 Presidential Election Tribunal verdict of September 6, 2023. Below are the exchanges I had on the matter:
Nna Agu ! Ogbueshi Naabu ! Ebube Dike!!!! Your Political analysis and speculations are correct. GOD has a surprise package for Nigeria. We would rather be
USN United States of Nigeria because
Oke osisi daa Umu nnunu e ju ofia thereby becoming easy prey .
Happy Survival one Nigeria!!!! 🙏❤️
My response:
Nnee
Do we still think that Nigeria will survive, with all that has happened so far? What is the basis for thinking and believing that it will get better? From Tinubu or another Northerner? These people at best, are only interested in making more money or enjoying the best pecks of high offices. They have no tangible SOLUTIONS to offer anyone. When the solutions will come from the ordinary oppressed populace, deliberately they will all run away. Even the courage to contest their traducers will be absent.
The alternative: we will sustain a passive life, without opinions. The oppressions and hardships will continue, but stiffer younger persons will surely emerge and the cataclysm will overcome everyone. Take elections and voting: will Yorubas allow Ibos in Lagos to ever vote again? My answer is No! Now the APC has won more States in the South West, a domino effect will overtake more areas. Where citizens are denied voting rights, are they still legally or socially still considered citizens of that entity? My response again is No! The disenfranchised will move out, or become SERFS and SLAVES in the place. Can such a scenario take place or be sustained anywhere in the entity we are in now? Igbos live in Togo, Ghana, Bukina Faso, Mali, Cote d’ Voire, Niger, Guinea Bissau, BeninR, and they do not vote in these entities, and they do not mind. They will do same living in the North of Nigeria and elsewhere: they will remain vibrant and highly assertive, but will NEVER accept or condone SLAVERY or DOCILITY. We in Anioma will not accept these. The real problem is that our people can have better living conditions, and no one needs to STEAL or WASTE the amount of resources stolen in the current entity. Have you seen the scramble and public struggling for “palliatives”? That is how they will struggle for our chattels, when we run away: those who stay back will be lynched if they protest or try to stop them. Stoic soldiers know the thieves and oppressors and will take sides with the oppressed. United States of ……………………, how will such unity come? More Yorubas are getting the most juicy appointments, and others the crumbs. Oke osisi ada gaa……did you not see how Tinubu was isolated (snubbed?) in New Delhi last Saturday? Was he celebrated? We lived for nearly 4-years in Algeria and Tunisia, as Diplomats, and my Mother-in-law was Ijebu Yoruba and a Muslim…….we ensured she was in Mecca 7-times, and I will not be forced to become a Muslim. Would Obafemi Awolowo and Nnamdi Azikiwe have accepted the kind of country now the paradigm we wish should survive? Why is Wole Soyinka accepting it? Well, it now favors the Yorubas……… let them remain in their place, and we remain in ours. The ECOWAS Treaty already permits free travels, 6-months easy sojourns without voting rights, so nothing lost! We are encouraging our Urhobo, Ijaw and Itshekiri brethren to find their own united entities: the last named have joined Oduduwa Nation already. Nnee, see how Europe evolved from 1989, till now. Are the small countries not faring better than they were under Communism and the Soviet Union? See how the Muslims of the Islamic Republic of Sudan are slaughtering their common and ordinary people……women, children, unprotected men. Is there HAPPY SURVIVAL or happiness there? No human can predict the future….. no matter how enlightened! But we know the difference between two evils….. we must do more to escape from the current one!
High regards and remain courageous. Permit me to make these exchanges public, without identities, after 48-hours.
Nnamdi.
Ours must remain, the greatest good, for the greatest number: outside of JUSTICE, there cannot be unity or cohesion!
