John Cena confronts Jimmy Uso as the blue brand of WWE came live from the GIANT Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. While the Latino World Order (L.W.O) had a rough night.
John Cena makes his return to smack down and was met with a rousing reception, Cena was happy for the mood with some chats with the fans especially a chance to come home again, and it feels good, the chance to be a part of SmackDown for a few months, and the chance to wrestle in India for the first time, which he is thankful for.
While enjoying the heroic atmosphere in Giant centre, Jimmy Uso interrupted Cena to the displeasing boos from fans. He asked John “what are you doing here, John?”. Although the two had spoken their mind.
Cena said he has wanted to say this to Jimmy for three years because he has only been thinking about one thing. Cena told Jimmy that “the wrong Uso quit”. To take that. Jimmy goes for a super kick but Cena blocks it and hit him with the AA and the fans pop for that.
GRAYSON WALLER & AUSTIN THEORY vs. REY MESTERIO & SANTOS ESCOBAR.
United States Champion Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar teamed up to face Grayson Waller and Austin Theory snuck out the early energy for the night.
Waller and Theory picked up the early momentum, but that faded after an inadvertent shot from Waller that knocked Theory outside.
However, Mysterio was caught with a cheap shot from his Payback opponent Theory, but Escobar sacrificed himself and absorbed the blow, only for Waller to sneak in and hit his Rolling Stunner to pick up the win.
WINNER: WALLER & THEORY.
KEVIN OWENS & SAMI ZAYN vs. THE L.W.O.
The Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn prove set their eyes on the tax at hand as they get ready for their matchup at Payback against The Judgment Day as they took on Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro of the LWO.
Owens and Zayn looked as good as ever as their tandem offence stopped Wilde and Del Toro in their tracks and the champions punctuated the victory with a Pop Up Powerbomb and a Helluva Kick from Zayn, plus a stunner from Owen to get a pin.
WINNER: OWENS & ZAYN.
SHOTZI vs. BAYLEY.
Shotzi arrived in style with her TCB tank and proceeded to pound on Bayley, much to the delight of the WWE Universe. Shotzi had majority of the control throughout the contest but was most time out numbered by the damage control members.
Damage CTRL tried to interfere again, when Charlotte Flair (The Queen) made her way to ringside and neutralized WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY and even decked Bayley, allowing Shotzi to hit a suplex/DDT combo to earn the victory.
WINNER: SHOTZI.
AJ STYLES vs. SOLO SIKOA.
AJ faced Solo after a backstage confrontation with Jimmy that forces Solo to come to Jimmy’s aid.
Sikoa dominated the early parts of the matchup, tossing Styles around the ring and even sending him ribs-first into the steel ring post and smashing his face onto the announce table.
“The Wise Man” Paul Heyman even made his way down to ringside, but it turned out to be Jimmy Uso that sprang into action, knocking Styles off the top rope while AJ was setting up for the phenomenal forearm. That open an opportunity for Sikoa to hit the Samoan Spike for the win.
After the match, Jimmy got in the ring and hug Solo from behind as Heyman stands on the ring apron. Solo looked angry as he grabbed Jimmy and went for the Spike but Heyman stop Solo. Both left the ring as Jimmy hit AJ with a super kick followed by an Uso Splash.
WINNER: SOLO SIKAO.
