The APGA National Chairman, Barrister Sylvester Ezeokenwa, convened the gathering of all 36 state Chairmen, marking a pivotal moment under his leadership.

The session, a first of its kind since Barrister Sylvester Ezeokenwa’s assumption of the National Chairman role, primarily focused on strategic planning for the upcoming 2027 elections.

The Chairman praised the unwavering support of the party’s National Leader and Anambra State’s Executive Governor, His Excellency Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, highlighting Soludo’s transformative projects in Anambra State.

During the meeting, Barrister Ezeokenwa called upon all state Chairmen to actively engage in recruiting new party members and revitalizing grassroots structures in their respective states.

Emphasising that the time to prepare for the 2027 elections is now, the Chairman expressed confidence in APGA’s ability to secure victories in multiple states, including gubernatorial, house of assembly, Senate, and house of representative seats.

To strengthen the party’s foundation, the Chairman unveiled a comprehensive plan for restructuring and rebuilding, encompassing key initiatives such as digitizing the Membership Register, developing mobile apps and a multimedia website for the party, and introducing digital membership and identification cards.

Barrister Sylvester Ezeokenwa also shared his intention to tour all 36 state branches of APGA, aiming to assess their progress firsthand.

During the meeting, representatives from various states, including Imo, Bayelsa, and Kogi, provided updates on their election preparations.

In his closing remarks, Barrister Sylvester Ezeokenwa, urged all state Chairmen to implement the DRIVE strategic plan, a transformative approach aimed at rebuilding, rebranding, and repositioning the party.
