By Daniel Mfoniso
WWE October premium event (Fastlane) was live from Gain bridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. as Cody Rhodes teamed up with Jey Uso to become the new undisputed champions as they dethroned the Judgement Day, while Iyo Sky retained her WWE women’s championship title. As well as, The Latin World Order (L.W.O) overcame the Bobby Lashley and the Street Profit, to give an enticing beginning of the night.
UNDISPUTED TAG TEAM MATCH; DAMAIN PREIST/FINN BALOR (C) vs CODY RHODES/JEY USO.

Cody and Jey began on a good note and got an upper hand in the early stage of the match, taking the fight to Priest by taking turns to attack the big man’s leg. Though the Judgement Day were able to turn things around by isolating Jey and executing series of quick tags to keep Jey away from Cody.
However, the momentum was swinging when Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley interrupted Jey when he was about to deliver the Uso splash, only to buy time for Priest and Balor to regain control, but a costly mistake from JD McDonagh on Priest gave Cody an opportunity to land a cross Rhodes on Priest on the announced table. Then rush into the ring to outnumber Balor, before landing a modified 1D followed by Cody Cutter for the win.
WINNER: CODY RHODES/ JEY USO.
WWE WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP; IYO SKY (C) vs ASUKA vs CHARLOTTE FLAIR.

At the opening seconds of the contest, Asuka took out Flair with the mist to her face, taking advantage of the no-disqualification rules of a triple threat match to create room for a one-on-one contest between Her and Sky. But Flair made her way back into the ring and hit Asuka with a big boot, after a hot run by both women.
Eventually, Bayley appeared at ringside ignoring Sky’s warning, but her presence paid off as she directed the referee while Asuka was tapping out on Flair’s figure 8 submission, which pave a way for Sky to land a monsault on Flair then cover for a victory.
WINNER: IYO SKY (RETAINED).
LATINO WORLD ORDER (L.W.O) vs THE STREET PROFIT/ BOBBY LASHLEY.

Rey Mysterio’s mystery partner did not show up at the start of the match, leaving a three-on-two situation. This led to Lashley and the Profits controlling the action on Santos Escobar early. Zelina Vega got herself involved, hitting Montez Ford with a Meteora on the outside of the ring.
Surprisingly, Carlito appeared when Rey was seeking for a partner to tag in after Ford took out Escobar from the ring apron. Rey tagged in Carlito and had few moments before hitting the backstabber on Ford for the win.
WINNER: L.W.O WITH CARLITO.
