Your Excellency sir, Governor Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya CON, Chairman Northern States Governors’ Forum. Gombe United need an immediate intervention, General Manager and his management team wants to destroy the image of administration with their lackadaisical attitude towards the team.

This is the second consecutive away match that the team are leaving a day to the match day claiming the government didn’t release funds as well as underfunded knowing full well that the state government is giving them subvention every month.

The last away match to Remo Star the team arrived Ikenne Ogun State, few hours to kick off and the same scenario is repeating itself today as am writing now the team is still in Gombe ahead of the Sunday match against Kwara United in Ilorin. If the GM and his management team felt His Excellency is not doing what is expected they should honorably resign.

Your Excellency sir, on behalf of the thousand supporters and fans of Gombe United and Gombe State I appeal to you sir please kindly intervene.
