The Secretary to Government of Gombe State, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi’s community service across the state and beyond has continued to earn him more recognition and award in appreciation of his humanitarian gestures.
The latest community to confer on the former University Don and SGS with honour comes on Saturday, 18th November, 2023 by the Talasse Community College of Education, an initiative of the Community’s effort to contribute towards the educational development of people in area and beyond.
Special invitation delivered to the office of the SGS signed by Danladi Gwaza, Secretary Central Planning Community for the graduation of two sets of students of the college schedule for Saturday indicated that Njodi has been nominated for conferment of the award by the College for his commitment towards the Educational development of Waja Chiefdom
It could be recalled that the SGS who is a traditional title holder of Wakili Babba of Waja was the Guest Speaker during the College Appeal Fund Launch in 2022, and had also donated handsomely towards the prospect of the Community College of Education located in Talasse headquarter of Balanga Local Government Area of Gombe State.
