The Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, on Wednesday hosted music icon David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido.
According to a post shared on the governor’s verified X handle, Oborevwori hailed Davido for visiting him before proceeding for his Timeless concert tour.
He wrote, “It was a great pleasure welcoming music superstar, @davido and his delegation to Government House yesterday, preceding his Timeless Live Concert Tour at the Event Centre.
“This is a clear indication that Delta State is safe and peaceful for business 24 hours for investors. My promise to enhance peace and security as contained in the MORE Agenda is yielding results as a lot of development are going on in Asaba and other parts of the state.”
Oborevwori further added that “this is another opportunity to partner with the youth population as also reflected in my Cabinet.”
