The Vice President, Kashim Shetima and the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu are currently in Plateau state following the invasion of several communities in the state by gunmen on Christmas Eve.
Our correspondent had reported how gunmen attacked over 20 communities in three Local Government Areas of Plateau state including Bokkos,Mangu and Barkin Ladi LGAs on Christmas Eve
During the attacks which lasted for several hours, the gunmen killed over 150 villagers and destroyed properties worth millions of naira .
It was learnt that on arrival,the Vice President and the National Security Adviser moved to the Bokkos LGA to assess the situation of things
