A renowned whistle blower, and good governance advocate Mahdi Shehu, says only 128 people have benefitted in the Federal Government 50 per cent transportation discount.
Periscope Nigeria reports that President Bola Tinubu, announced a few routes to benefit from its support to cushion effect of transportation in the yuletide.
Shehu described the offer as gimmick, warning those hopeful in the renewed hope as doomed.
He made this disclosure via X handle, adding that the discount was a Greek gift meant to divert attention.
Shehu wrote, “Tinubu’s 50 per cent discount gimmick: Only 128 people nationwide Nigerians keyed into the Greek offer meant to divert the oubluc from key & fundamental issues of misgovernance.The extremely poor turnout points to one simple fact:loss of confidence &trust. believe Bola/All Progressives Congress at your own risk.”
