The Promoter of AIT Integrated Farms who also doubles as the Founder AIT Foundation Scholarship Scheme, Abubakar Inuwa Tata, on Saturday said his farms would leverage existing opportunities to support its workforce.
Tata promised to provide an unparalleled and very competitive working environment that fosters unity and progress of staff members by prioritising staff welfare, financial independence and economic stability.

He added that the AIT farms is willing to invest heavily in staff personal businesses to widen staff sources of income for shared prosperity.
The promoter made this disclosure during the end of year dinner organised to celebrate staff for their hard work and dedication to the Farms despite various challenges, held at Gombe City Restaurant.
He said, “As a premier poultry farm in the state, AIT Integrated Farms is one of the leading providers of fresh eggs to the local markets at a competitive price while striving to provide the best quality feeds to poultry and livestock farmers in the state.“
Tata reiterated the company’s desire to provide cheap and affordable protein to residents of Gombe State and its neighbouring states, including high-quality livestock feeds while encouraging youths to engage in farming “as a business rather than taking public sector jobs that cannot secure their future and give them the necessary security and financial independence,” he added.
While responding, the staff of the farms unanimously thanked the management of the farms for providing business and financial incentives to staff members who engage in their personal businesses, while working for the farms.
They promised to reciprocate these gestures by working assiduously for the growth and development of the farms.
