Code of Conduct Bureau has invited Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo over payment of N438m as consultancy fee to a company linked to him by suspended Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Betta Edu.
A document exclusively obtained by Punch on Monday revealed that the CCB invited the embattled minister to appear before it on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at the CCB Headquarters, Federal Secretariat Complex, Abuja.
Recall that the Minister has exonerated himself saying he had resigned from the firm adding that this spouse manages the establishment.
His relationship with President Bola Tinubu, will be put to test as the current administration seeks to redeem its image among citizens.
