Ex- Atiku Spokesperson, Segun Sowunmi, has dragged Peoples Democratic Party acting Chairman, Amb. Umar Damagum, to Court.
Damagum was sued to court over failure to convene National Working Committee meeting.
According to a suit, obtained by PERISCOPE NIGERIA the suit was filed to ensure Damagum calls for NEC meeting of the party.
The case was filed on Monday.
Our correspondent reports that Sowunmi had recently shared pictures with President Bola Tinubu, at the Aso Rock Villa.
