Senator Shehu Sani, on Thursday disclosed that the community members of the retired Principal in Kaduna, have gathered his ransom but no one was willing to deliver the ransom.

Periscope Nigeria had reported that the Principal was abducted by kidnappers when he went to deliver ransom for the release of a community member.

However, the Kidnappers didn’t only collect the ransom he delivered but took him into captivity.

Following his plight the community members have since contributed his ransom, Sani said no one wants to be held hostage.

The Senator made the disclosure on his verified X handle which was sighted by our correspondent.

“The kidnapped Kaduna retired Principal who went to deliver ransom is still in captivity.The community has gathered ransom to secure his release,but no one is willing to volunteer and deliver it to the bandits,” he wrote.
