A renowned philanthropist in Gombe State, Mr Jerry Damara, has been urged to join the All Progressives Congress, to bolster Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s efforts in delivering democratic dividends to the citizens.
This appeal was extended on Thursday by the Chairman of Gombe State APC Promoters Forum in Broadcasting Media, Comrade Idris Maheer Kumo, during an exclusive interview with our reporter in Gombe.
Highlighting Damara’s exceptional qualities, Idris Maheer Kumo, emphasised the philanthropist’s significance in the political arena and stressed the importance of his contribution to the state’s development.
Kumo underlined that Mr Damara’s impactful initiatives extend beyond Kaltungo Local Government to benefit the entire state, emphasising his dedication to the betterment of society.
Pointing out Damara’s far-reaching initiatives in business, education, health, and security, Kumo underscored the philanthropist’s commitment to enhancing various aspects of Gombe residents’ lives.
He asserted that Damara’s support spans multiple sectors, making his involvement crucial for the community’s well-being and reflecting a dedication that goes beyond geographic boundaries.
Maheer Kumo concluded by affirming the critical role Damara plays in ensuring the well-being of the community, “making it imperative for him to align with the APC and contribute to the overall progress of the state,” Kumo added.
