Former Kano State Governor, Senator Rabi’u Kwankwaso, says the New Nigeria Peoples Party, was opened to a merger, adding that no party can singlehandedly clinch power in the country.
He said, “his doors were opened to whoever approached him or sought for merger to clinch power and deliver the dividends of democracy to Nigerians.”
Kwankwaso in 2022 in Gombe during the opening his party’s state office hinted that the talks with Labour Party went sour following differences.
The trained Engineer cum politician noted that he has experience enough to lead the Country, stressing that the talks failed due to the other side hadn’t as much experience as he claimed.
