A good governance advocate, Mahdi Shehu, says the Federal Government’s latest security initiative Pullako is an exercise in futility following wanton challenges faced by citizens.
Shehu noted with dismay the failure of justice system, hunger, starvation, saying that insecurity would be inevitable.
He made this disclosure on his X handle sighted by PERISCOPE NIGERIA, adding other the N50 billion fund would only amount to exercise in futility.
Shehu wrote, Defence Headquarters two days security summit, N50B fund & PULLAKO: A FUTILE excercise: Fulani pullako ( shyness)yoruba (itiju) igbo(Shinas) will fizzle away on the face of failure of the justice system, hunger, starvation, public. treasury (theft) without consequences etc insecurity becomes inevitable.”
