Senator Binos Yaroe, representing Adamawa South Senatorial District has inaugurated four projects while laying foundation for a modern Maternity Clinic in Lamza community of Guyuk Local Government Area of the state.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the projects are; Police Outpost, Industrial Water Borehole, modern market and Road project in the local council.
Speaking during the ceremony, Yaroe said his decision to embark, complete and commission the projects was borne out of his desire to provide people-oriented projects that would improve and enhance the livelihoods of his constituents.
According to him, as a promise-keeper, it became necessary for him to fulfill the promises he made during campaign tours in communities across the constituency.
He appreciated Gov. Ahmadu Fintiri of the state for execution of massive infrastructural development in the state.
He further said, foundation for the Modern Maternity Clinic was to promote the wellbeing of people in the area.
According to him, healthcare Service is his top priority .
He added that more of partnerships that would provide democratic dividends to the masses in the constituency were underway.
“We have provided social basic amenities to various communities in Adamawa Southern Senatorial District.
“We have provided over 50 industrial boreholes. We have established skills acquisition centres in Numan, Mayo-Belwa and other LGAs in Adamawa Southern Senatorial District. And many are coming.
In his remarks, Gov. Fintiri, represented by the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Wunfe Anthony appreciated the Senator for provision of social basic amenities to constituents.
He said, Senator Yaroe has proven to be the People’s Senator and assured to continued providing dividends of democracy as promised during political campaign tours.
In his remarks, the Royal Majesty, Dr Kuruhaye Dansanda II, commended Senator Binos Yaroe for fulfilling his campaign promises for the benefit of Lamza people and neighbouring communities.
The Royal Father expressed that the projects would improve the livelihoods of rural inhabitants in the area.
“We have entered 2024 on the right path by witnessing the commissioning of these huge projects here in Lamza”, said.
He called on other political office holders to key into people-oriented projects.
